Place of delivery
PLEASE NOTE: During the current Coronavirus Pandemic we will be working closely with our delivery partners and will use best endeavours to deliver your orders and gifts in line with our published timescales. However, these are unprecedented circumstances and we cannot currently offer guaranteed next day delivery or that the advertised expected delivery times are for guidance puropses and not guaranteed.
UK Express Delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £5.95.
Orders placed before 3.00pm mon-fri will be delivered within 1-2 working days (working days are mon-fri excluding bank holidays).
UK Standard Delivery which takes 3-5 working days is charged at £3.95 (working days are mon-fri excluding bank holidays).
If you need delivery on a specific day please call us. In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. If you need confirmation of delivery times or have any other concerns please call us. Babyblooms reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers and couriers that meet our delivery guarantees.
International delivery - Currently only available to Western Europe.
Babyblooms uses a service that provides an international track and trace facility. Orders sent within Western Europe take 5-7 working days to deliver at a cost of £9.95.
During the current Coronavirus Pandemic we are unable to guarantee international deliveries and are unable to send gifts outside of Western Europe
Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will take 7-12 working days to deliver at a cost of £15.95 (Please note for overseas deliveries this is an approximate delivery time, some of the deliveries will be quicker and some may take longer depending on the destination country)
Orders sent to destinations within Western Europe will take 5-7. On the day of delivery your tracking number can be used to verify delivery. Babyblooms standard delivery is via Royal Mail and can be tracked by visiting www.royalmail.com . Our Next Working Day delivery service is via DPD and can be tracked by visiting www.dpd.co.uk .
Orders sent to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which are trackable at www.royalmail.com. If you place your order by phone, Babyblooms will retain the tracking number and you may contact us should you have any questions regarding delivery.
