Placing orders
Orders can be placed on the web site, by email or by telephoning one of our friendly Babyblooms sales representatives.

Place of delivery
We recommend that your delivery address should be the recipient’s home address and NOT the maternity unit because the duration of a typical hospital stay can vary considerably.

PLEASE NOTE: During the current Coronavirus Pandemic we will be working closely with our delivery partners and will use best endeavours to deliver your orders and gifts in line with our published timescales. However, these are unprecedented circumstances and we cannot currently guarantee that the advertised delivery times will be met.

Orders received by Babyblooms before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be sent from our warehouse that day.

UK standard delivery which takes 1-3 working days is charged at £3.95.

Guaranteed next working day delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £5.95 (Orders placed after 3.00pm on Fridays using this service will not be guaranteed for delivery until Tuesday the following week).

If you need delivery on a specific day please call us. In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. If you need confirmation of delivery times or have any other concerns please call us. Babyblooms reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers and couriers that meet our delivery guarantees.

International delivery

During the current Coronavirus Pandemic we are unable to guarantee international deliveries 

For destinations outside the UK, Babyblooms uses a service that provides an international track and trace facility. Orders sent to destinations within Western Europe will take 3-5 working days to deliver at a cost of £9.95. Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will take 7-12 working days to deliver at a cost of £15.95 (Please note for overseas deliveries this is an approximate delivery time, some of the deliveries will be quicker and some may take longer depending on the destination country)

Order Tracking

If your order and to obtain your tracking number. On the day of delivery your tracking number can be used to verify delivery. Babyblooms standard delivery is via Royal Mail and can be tracked by visiting . Our Next Working Day delivery service is via DPD and can be tracked by visiting .

Orders sent to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which are trackable at If you place your order by phone, Babyblooms will retain the tracking number and you may contact us should you have any questions regarding delivery.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order please contact us in writing at or telephone our customer service team. This does not affect your statutory rights.
