Loyalty Points Scheme

Introduction  

The customer loyalty reward scheme is a way of thanking the people who regularly order BabyBlooms baby gifts for their employees, clients or friends.

In addition to our existing range of baby gifts and pampering products we have recently extended the range to include gifts for adults. They include the fabulous Hempleman Collection Handbags and Laptop bags. There are also chocolates and additional gift sets from Arran Aromatics and Burts Bees. Have a look under "Other Gift Ideas" to find them. All items that are available to buy using accrued points have a "price in points" displayed on the main product page.

How to use the scheme  

The loyalty scheme is really simple to use. Once you register with us we will keep track of your orders and you will automatically accrue points with each purchase. Here are the rules :-

1. You must be a registered user and log on to accrue and spend points. If you purchase as a guest the points relating to the purchase will not be recorded.
2. Simply log on and your accrued points total will be displayed at the bottom of the homepage.
3. Points cannot be earned or spent on delivery costs.
4. Each point is worth 10p
5. Your points can be spent at any time
6. Providing you have sufficient points, you will be given the option of redeeming your points as a method of payment once you reach the checkout (unfortunately, these cannot currently be used to purchase Champagne) Or you can save your points and redeem them for higher priced items or future purchases.
7. If you are purchasing several items, providing you have sufficient points you will able to choose to pay for selected items using points and pay the remaining order by debit or credit card

Terms and Conditions  

1. Babyblooms reserves the right to withdraw or vary this loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice
2. Points awarded to your membership are exclusive to you and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
3. Points are awarded only on gifts displayed on the BabyBlooms website and are awarded at our discretion.
