Customer Services

Placing orders  

Orders can be placed on the web site, by email or by telephoning one of our friendly BabyBlooms sales representatives.

 

Place of delivery  

We recommend that your delivery address should be the recipient’s home address and NOT the maternity unit because the duration of a typical hospital stay can vary considerably.

 

UK delivery  

Orders received by BabyBlooms before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Guaranteed next working day delivery is available for most UK deliveries. The cost is £4.99 using a 'signed for' service. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Fridays will not be guaranteed for delivery until Tuesday the following week.

If you need delivery on a specific day please call us. In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. If you need confirmation of delivery times or have any other concerns please call us. Babyblooms reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers and couriers that meet our delivery guarantees.

 

International delivery  

For destinations outside the UK, BabyBlooms uses a service that provides an international track and trace facility. Orders sent to destinations within Western Europe will take 3-5 working days to deliver at a cost of £9.50. Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will take 7-10 working days to deliver at a cost of £15.50.

 

Order Tracking  

If you place your order online you can log in to check the status of your order and to obtain your tracking number. On the day of delivery your tracking number can be used to verify delivery. Deliveries to the majority of mainland UK will be sent using either Parcelforce or Royal Mail and can be tracked by visiting  www.parcelforce.com or www.royalmail.com.

Orders sent to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, wich are also trackable at www.royalmail.com. If you place your order by phone, Babyblooms will retain the tracking number and you may contact us should you have any questions regarding delivery.

 

Opening hours  

Babyblooms working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays).

 

Complaints  

If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order please contact us in writing at info@babyblooms.co.uk or telephone our customer service team. This does not affect your statutory rights.
